摘要
目的探讨Ⅱ～Ⅲ度痔疮采取自动痔疮套扎器(RPH)治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2017年5月～2018年5月期间我院接收的60例Ⅱ～Ⅲ度痔疮患者,,随机分为对照组[n=30,采取痔上黏膜环型切除术(PPH)治疗]与观察组(n=30,采取RPH治疗),对疗效及相关指标进行观察。结果两组患者临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组患者手术时间、疼痛持续时间、住院时间均较对照组明显要短(P <0.05),术后疼痛评分较对照组明显要低,出血量及住院费用更少,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率较对照组明显要低(P <0.05)。结论痔疮采取自动痔疮套扎器治疗,疗效显著,是更微创、更安全的手术方式,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To discuss the curative effect analysis of treating rectal polyp and Ⅱ,Ⅲ hemorrhoids with RPH. Methods Sixty patients with phase Ⅱ-Ⅲ of hemorrhoids treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with PPH (procedure for prolapsed hemorrhoid),while the observation group was treated with RPH.The clinical efficacy and related indicators were observed. Results The clinical efficacy showed no statistical differences (P > 0.05);The operation time,duration of pain and hospitalization time in the observation group were statistically shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05).The postoperative pain score was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the amount of bleeding and hospitalization costs in the observation group were less than that in the control group,the differences were significant differences (all P < 0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was statistically lower than control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The minimally invasive surgery of RPH can remarkably increase the clinical efficacy and safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
