摘要
本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法对我国普通高校后勤管理信息化现状进行调查,分析后勤管理服务存在的问题及成因,从思想认识、管理手段、服务体系等方面探索后勤服务紧扣学生需要的跟进措施。
Using the methods of literature research,expert interview and so on,this paper investigates the current situation of information-based logistics management in China's general colleges and universities,analyzes the problems existing in logistics management and service as well as the causes,and puts forward measures based on students'needs from the aspects if ideological understanding,management methods and service systems.
