摘要
利用抗紫外线涤纶长丝和导湿快干涤纶长丝,在圆纬机上采用双罗纹组织和集圈组织开发了多功能纬编运动休闲面料,介绍了其织造工艺与染整工艺,并对所开发试样的抗紫外线性能和导湿性能进行了测试分析,为该类产品的开发提供了一定参考。
Multi-functional weft-knitted sports fabrics with different styles were developed on circle knitting machine by using the characteristics of ultraviolet resistance and moisture conductivity of raw yarn.Different stitches such as interlock and tuck are used in these fabrics.The knitting technology and finishing methods were introduced in this paper.Finally,the specimen were analyzed by testing the anti-ultraviolet and moisture conductivity.This design offers reference for the innovative design of sports fabric and the improvement of the function of sports fabric.
