摘要
四川省内某工业园区主要从事榨菜食品加工制作,产生了大量含盐、难降解有机物和悬浮物等特点的废水。目前该榨菜废水处理厂设计规模2万m^3/d,根据水质特点,采用以"调节池+水解酸化池+A^2/O+MBR膜系统"为主体的三级处理工艺进行废水处理。经过长时间的调试、运行,结果表明,废水经处理后可以稳定达到GB 18918—2002一级A排放标准,且系统运行稳定,耐冲击负荷强,处理效果好。对系统的工程概况、工艺流程及设计参数进行了详细介绍,并总结了工艺的技术特点。
A industrial park in Sichuan Province was mainly engaged in the processing salt,refractory organic matter and suspended matter.The design scale of a mustard tuber wastewater treatment plant in the industrial park of Si Chuan Province was 20 000 m^3/d.The main process was“A^2/O+MBR”system.Nowt,the plant had achieved the desired purpose,the effluent quality could meet the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).In addition,the general situation,technological process and design parameters of MBR process were introduced,the technical characteristics of the technology were summarized.
