摘要
中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会报告中提出"培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人"的重大命题和战略任务以来,国内学界专家学者重点从时代背景、内涵要求、主体构成、培养路径和价值意义等方面进行了深入研究,提出了诸多真知灼见,但也仍存在不足之处和薄弱环节,主要表现为:在"时代新人"的内涵及主体研究上逻辑关系分析不足,缺乏层次性、丰富性;在"时代新人"问题提出的时代背景、理论来源、价值意义方面可以有更深入的理论研究,基础理论研究欠缺;对于"时代新人"的培育路径研究视角单一,针对性、实效性较差;从研究内容上看,面上研究较多,纵深挖掘甚少;从研究方法上看,重视定性研究,缺乏定量研究。
Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the major propositions and strategic tasks of“fostering a new generation capable of shouldering the mission of national rejuvenation”,experts and scholars of domestic academics mainly study on the background of the times,connotation and requirements,the subject of cultivation,the path of cultivation and the significance of thought,and put forward many insights,but there are still many shortcomings and weaknesses.The main manifestations are as follows:the analysis of the logical relationship in the connotation and the subject of New Generation is not enough,lacks hierarchy and richness;there can be more in-depth theoretical research on the background of the times,theoretical sources and significance of the New Generation issue,lacks basic theoretical researches;the researching perspective of the cultivating path is poorly targeted and ineffective,the research visual angle is unitary.In terms of the research content,there are more surface studies than in-depth researches;in terms of the research methods,there are more qualitative research than quantitative research.
