摘要
针对高层住宅工程中实际应用的桩筏基础,即梁板式和平板式两类,从结构设计的基本概念入手,阐述了改变基础形式的可行性和必要性。其后,立足于房地产行业非常重视的工程建设中各类成本控制因素,综合分析了两类基础存在的优缺点,从而得出小高层住宅建筑中平板式桩筏基础应用的优越性,以期为类似工程项目的设计提供参考。
In this paper,according to the piled raft foundation for high-rise residential project,the possibility and necessity of changing foundation form were expounded,based on the basic concepts of structural design.Then the advantage and disadvantage of two types of piled raft foundation were analyzed,which can cause cost change.The application advantage of the plate pile raft foundation was also proved.The measures can be a good reference for the same project.
