超声心动图检查诊断心脏瓣膜退行性病变的临床价值分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的:分析超声心动图检查诊断心脏瓣膜退行性病变(SDVHD)的临床价值。方法:将2017年9月-2018年8月我院治疗的疑为SDVHD患者124例作为研究对象。入选者均接受超声心动图检查,观察超声心动图超声特征表现及检出情况,并以病理检查结果为金标准,计算超声心动图检查的特异度、敏感度、准确度。结果:以外科手术、介入治疗的病理检查作为金标准确诊114例SDVHD患者,超声心动图检出SDVHD患者108例,其中二尖瓣、肺动脉瓣、主动脉瓣、联合瓣膜病变各26例、27例、39例、16例,超声特征表现多伴有左右心室扩大、左右心房扩大、全心扩大等,主要以左心室扩大较为多见;以病理检查结果作为金标准,超声心动图诊断SDVHD特异度、敏感度、准确度分别为90. 00%、93. 86%、93. 55%。结论:将超声心动图用于SDVHD检查中诊断效能良好,利于提升SDVHD检出率,为SDVHD的筛查或诊断提供帮助。
