摘要
"产教融合,协同育人"是当前高职教育发展的主要方向之一,针对当前校企合作中的问题,提出了计算机网络技术专业人才培养模式的改革思路,并结合苏州市职业大学计算机网络技术专业的改革实践,提出了"产教融合,协同育人"人才培养模式:柔性化课程体系,多元化合作机制,人才培养保障体系等一系列改革方案。
One of the main directions in which vocational education develops is“ jointly cultivating talents via integrating production with teaching”.To address the problems existing in current college-enterprise cooperation,this paper puts forward some ideas and measures concerning that reform.Taking the reform of the computer network technology specialty as an example in Suzhou Vocational University,this paper also proposes talentcultivating patterns,namely,“ cultivating talents via integrating production with teaching”,including flexible curriculum system,diversified cooperation mechanism,talent training guarantee system and so on.
