摘要
目的了解河南省高校医药类在校生参与社会服务的现况,提出推进医药类在校生参与基层健康服务的建议。方法设计调查表,对河南省7所本科院校实地调查,利用Epidata 3.0软件录入数据,运用SPSS 20.0进行描述性统计分析。结果 2 755名(74.0%)被调查医药类在校生曾参与社会服务,获取信息的主要渠道是朋友和学校;1 964名(54.0%)被调查医药类在校生认为,参与社会服务的主要困难是自身能力不足和信息渠道少;1 067名(54.3%)被调查医药类在校生认为,能够胜任基层预防保健工作。结论高校应拓宽校企合作范围,为医药类在校生搭建更广阔的实践平台;高校应根据不同专业的发展需要,阶梯式增设基础实践课,帮助医药类在校生提高专业自信心。
Objective To understand the situation of medical students in colleges and universities in Henan province participating in the primary health service,and put forward suggestions of promoting the participation of medical students in primary health services.Methods Questionnaire was designed to make field survey of seven universities in Henan province.The data were recorded by Epidata 3.0 software and the descriptive statistical analysis was carried out through SPSS 20.0.Results 2 755 medical students(74.0%)who were investigated had participated in social services.They mainly obtained information from friends and schools;1964 surveyed medical students(54.0%)believed that the main difficulties in participating in social services were their lack of ability and information channels;1 067 students(54.3%)thought that they are competent for primary prevention and health-care work.Conclusion Colleges and universities should broaden cooperation between schools and enterprises,and build a wider practice platform for medical students.Besides,colleges and universities should increasingly set up basic practice courses according to the development of different majors,and help medical students improve their professional self-confidence.
