摘要
高坝洲电厂的主配压阀为DFWST150-4.0-ZP型,作为调速器系统的关键部件,其检修质量关系到调速器后期的运行品质和机组的稳定运行。在解体检修过程中,把握住关键的过程,控制好检修质量,才能有效降低主配压阀的故障率,延长检修周期,保障机组的长期安全稳定运行。
As the key component of the governor system,the maintenance quality of the main pressure distribution valve is of direct influence on the operation quality of the governor and the stable operation of the unit.Thus,in the dismantling overhaul of the main pressure distribution valve,the key maintenance processes should be emphasized and the maintenance quality should be controlled.Only in this way can the failure rate of the main pressure distribution valve be effectively reduced,the maintenance period be prolonged,and the long-term safe and stable operation of the unit be ensured.
