特厚煤层综放开采载荷传递及内、外应力场形成机制 被引量:12

Internal and External Stress Fields Formation Mechanism and Loading Transmitting of Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving with Extra Thick Coal Seam

摘要 以芦子沟矿特厚煤层(25m)综放工作面开采为研究背景,阐述了特厚煤层综放开采巷道沿空侧覆岩载荷传递机制,构建了侧向支承压力计算模型及计算公式。特厚煤层综放开采侧向支承压力中存在内、外应力场,相较中厚及厚煤层分层开采,特厚煤层综放开采内、外应力场呈现出新特点,内应力场范围和应力幅值相应增大,内应力场中也将出现高应力集中区,基于此提出了特厚煤层综放开采侧向支承压力的分区特征,为特厚煤层综放开采沿空侧巷道布置方式的选择及煤柱宽度的确定提供了依据。在芦子沟矿3107特厚煤层(25m)综放工作面开展区段煤柱留设的工程实践,现场应用效果良好。 It taking fully mechanized top coal caving of Luzigou coal mine with extra thick coal seam 25m as studying background,and overlying strata loading transmitting mechanism along gob side of fully mechanized top coal caving with extra thick coal seam,and then lateral abutment pressure model and formula were built,and internal and external stress fields appeared in later abutment pressure fields,contrast layer mining in medium thick and thick coal seam,the internal and external fields of top coal caving mining in extra thick coal seam appeared some new features,the scope and stress amplitude increased obviously,and high stress concentration zone also appeared with internal stress fields,so partition characters of lateral abutment pressure was put forward based on it,and referenced for roadway layout along gob side and coal pillar width of fully top coal mining with extra thick coal seam.The practical testing sectional coal pillar layout was proceed,and the result of field application was good.
