摘要
为明确上海市休闲农业与乡村旅游现状项目存在的问题、推进上海市休闲农业与乡村旅游产业健康可持续地发展,本文结合研究区域的实际特点,构建休闲农业与乡村旅游项目评价体系,采用定性与定量相结合的方法开展研究。结果表明:全市现状项目整体水平不高,平均分值为44,表现为综合效益偏低,高分项目优势不明显,各区发展水平差异不大。通过对现状发展的制约因素分析,从落实政策路径、保障用地供给,完善配套设施、提升服务水平,创新经营模式、实现互利共赢等方面提出了对策建议。
The aim of this study is to clarify the problems and promote the healthy and sustainable development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism projects in Shanghai. We combine the characteristics of the research area and establish an evaluation system for leisure agriculture and rural tourism projects. The results show that the overall level of the current situation is not optimal and the advantages of high-scoring projects are not obvious. The development levels of each district do not differ greatly. We propose some suggestions for implementing the policy paths and guaranteeing the supply of land, including improving the conveyancing system and service level, and developing the business model.
