摘要
以甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为单体、过硫酸钾-焦亚硫酸钠溶液为引发剂体系,通过在聚酰胺复合膜表面进行接枝聚合改性处理,得到亲水性聚酰胺复合反渗透膜.采用衰减全反射红外光谱、场发射扫描电子显微镜、接触角测量仪等仪器分别对膜表面的化学结构、表面形貌和亲水性能进行表征.结果表明,亲水性单体接枝改性提高了膜的亲水性和抗污染性能,且会影响膜的分离性能;当接枝单体HEMA溶液质量分数为4%时,制备的膜综合性能最好,脱盐率最高为99.67%,水通量为40.7 L/(m^2·h),亲水性和抗污染性能较好.
This study focuses on improving the properties of polyamide thin-film composite(TFC) reverse osmosis(RO) membranes by surface modification. The hydrophilic polyamide composite RO membrane was obtained by grafting hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) onto the surface of polyamide composite RO membrane by using potassium persulfate and sodium metabisulfite solution as the initiator. The chemical structure, surface morphology and hydrophilicity of the membrane material were characterized by attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR), field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and a contact angle measuring instrument, respectively. The results show that the HEMA-grafted membrane had better separation performance and hydrophilicity compared with the original membrane. When the concentration of the HEMA solution reaches 4%, the comprehensive performance of the grafted membrane is best, the desalination rate is as high as 99.67%, the water flux is 40.7 L/(m^2·h), the hydrophilic and the anti-fouling performance are good.
