粮仓温湿度监测系统中无线传感器网络路由优化的研究

摘要 民以食为天,粮食的存储质量关系着国民经济的发展。在粮仓监控系统中考虑到节点能量供应有限,而路由环节决定了节点的通信路径,继而影响着通信的能耗,是无线传感器网络中节能的关键环节。针对这一特征,提出了基于K-means和粒子群对低功耗自适应分层路由协议改善的算法。在预处理阶段,采用K-means并结合最大距离法选出初始簇中心进行聚类;在数据传输阶段,对粒子群算法的适应度函数改进应用于簇头的选取,簇头收集并融合簇内节点的数据信息,最终采取单跳和多跳的方法将信息传给sink节点。仿真效果表明,新的协议能够明显降低数据传输时的能量消耗,延长了整个网络的生命周期。 The people regard food as the sky,and the quality of food storage is related to the development of national economy.Considering the limited energy supply of nodes in the granary monitoring system,the routing process determines the communication path of the node,and then affects the energy consumption of communication,which is the key link of energy saving in WSN(Wireless Sensor Network).According to this feature,an algorithm based on K-means and particle swarm optimization for LEACH protocol was proposed.In the pretreatment stage,the initial cluster centers were selected by K-means combined with the maximum distance method for clustering.In the data transmission stage,the fitness function of particle swarm algorithm (PSO) was improved and applied to the selection of cluster head.The cluster head collected and integrated the data information of nodes in the cluster,and eventually adopted the single-hop and multi-hop methods to transmit the information to the sink node.Simulation results showed that the new protocol could significantly reduce the energy consumption during data transmission and extend the entire network life cycle.
