摘要
食用菌中含有蛋白质、氨基酸、多糖类、核苷酸、维生素等多种营养成分,在抗肿瘤、抗菌抗病毒、保护心血管系统、抗氧化、保护胃肠等方面具有重要作用,药用前景广阔。常见的食用菌主要有香菇、木耳、银耳、猴头菇、松茸、虫草、灵芝等。文章在分析近年来常见食用菌药理作用相关综述及实验研究的基础上,对食用菌主要的药理作用进行整理归纳,并对其药理作用机制进行重点阐述,以期为常见的食用菌药理作用机制的研究及药用价值的进一步开发利用提供理论参考。
Edible fungi contain proteins, amino acids, polysaccharides, nucleotides, vitamins and othercomponents. Gommon edible fungi include Lentinus edodes, Auricularia auricula, Tremella fuciformis, Hericiumerinaceus, Tricholoma matsutake, Cordyceps sinensis, Ganoderma lucidum, etc. Modern pharmacological studieshave shown that edible fungi have extensive pharmacological activities in anticancer, anti-bacterial and anti virus, protection of cardiovascular system, anti -oxidation, protection of gastrointestinal tract and so on, andhave broad prospects for medicinal use. In this paper, the main pharmacological effects of edible fungi were reorganized and summarized on the basis of the related reviews and experimental studies on thepharmacological effects of common edible fungi in recent years, and the possible pharmacological mechanismsof edible fungi were summarized in detail. This paper provides theoretical references for the furtherdevelopment and utilization of the medicinal value of edible fungi, and provides enlightenment for the study ofthe pharmacological mechanism of edible fungi.
