以市营协会为载体的高职院校市场营销专业实践教学研究——以湖南外国语职业学院为例

摘要 随着社会的发展,企业对高职市场营销专业人才的要求也越来越高,不但要掌握扎实的专业理论知识,还要拥有一定的专业综合技能及业务交流能力。文章以市场营销专业协会的组建、开展活动到不断壮大的事实为根据,提出组建学生专业协会,从融入专业特色、组织专业技能竞赛、引入企业项目等方面探索提高学生专业实践能力的途径,并取得了一定的实践效果。 with the development of society,enterprises have higher and higher requirements for marketing professionals in vocational colleges.They should not only master solid professional theoretical knowledge,but also have certain professional comprehensive skills and business communication ability.Based on the fact that the marketing professional association is established,the activities are carried out and the students’professional associations are constantly growing,this paper puts forward the ways to improve students’professional practice ability from the aspects of integrating professional characteristics,organizing professional skill competitions and introducing enterprise projects,and obtains certain practical effects.
