摘要 车距测量技术是车辆协同驾驶技术的安全保证。对国内车距测量技术专利申请进行了统计和分析,研究了车距测量技术的专利申请特点和趋势,对车距测量技术现状进行梳理,并通过建立技术功效矩阵图,总结了车距测量技术专利的各分支技术手段和技术效果,给出了专利布局的建议,为汽车企业选择合适的研发策略和专利策略提供参考。 The distance measurement technology is the security guarantee of the vehicle cooperative driving technology. The statistics and analysis were carried out on the technology patent of vehicle distance measurement in China.The characteristics and trends of patent application for distance measurement technology were studied.The current situation of vehicle distance measurement technology is combed. The technical means and technical effects of each branch of the technology patent for vehicle distance measurement were summarized through the establishment of a technical efficiency matrix diagram. A proposal for the layout of the patent was given.It provided a reference for automobile enterprises to choose appropriate R & D strategy and patent strategy.
