摘要
为了研究小番茄在输运过程中着地后的硬度变化,设计了小番茄从不同高度落下,采用FHM-1型水果硬度计检测小番茄着地后的硬度和放置时间所对应的硬度。得到了小番茄从不同高度下落后的硬度关系曲线和小番茄放置的天数与硬度的关系图,为后续检测小番茄品质奠定基础。
In order to study hardness change of small tomatoes dropped during the transportation,FHM-type 1 fruit hardness tester was used to detect the hardness of small tomatoes dropped from different height and stored with different length of time.From the experiment,we got the hardness curves of small tomatoes dropped from different heights and the relation diagram between hardness and the storage time,which laid a foundation for subsequent detection of the quality of small tomatoes.
