摘要
"AutoCAD"功能强、适应面广,是食品工程专业开设的基础课程,对专业建设具有非常重要的作用。但是在当今的教学模式下,与专业衔接性不强、设置不合理,教学效果并不理想。从食品工程的专业特点出发,对"AutoCAD"的课程设置、教学模式、考核方式等方面进行探讨,以期更好地服务于专业建设和人才培养。
AutoCAD with strong functions and wide adaptability is a basic course for food engineering majors and plays a very important role in professional construction.However,in today's teaching mode,the teaching effect of AutoCAD courses is not ideal because of without strong connection with the major and the unreasonable setup.Based on the specialty characteristics of food engineering,this paper probed into the curriculum setting,teaching mode and assessment method of AutoCAD in order to better serve the specialty construction and talent cultivation.
