五翼托槽、自锁托槽滑动摩擦力的对比分析

摘要 目的探讨是否使用保护蜡对五翼托槽;自锁托槽中弓丝与摩擦力的影响。方法以40个五翼自锁托槽样本为研究对象,20个选择橡皮圈固定,20个选择金属丝固定,分别随机筛选10个安装保护蜡,对比不同分组见的滑动摩擦力。结果橡皮圈以及金属丝结扎样本在使用保护蜡之后的静摩擦力与动摩擦力均明显低于无保护蜡的样本(P<0.05)。结论保护蜡可以有效减少弓丝与沟槽的摩擦力,对矫正治疗的有效性有积极作用。
