摘要
针对折式微通道蒸发器的固定设计进行了分析与研究,指出对折式微通道蒸发器固定和安装方面的问题与解决方案。针对蒸发器出现的错位和上窄下宽的问题,结合微通道蒸发器质量轻的特点,通过长度方向安装组合安装板,高度方向以挡风设计为主的方式进行固定和安装。经过多轮的试装与生产验证,方案成功应用于新一代产品中。
This paper analyzes the fixed design of the folded microchannel evaporator and points out the problems and solutions for the fixing and installation of the folded microchannel evaporator. The problem of misalignment occurring with the evaporator and the lower is wider than the upper width. Combined with the light weight of the microchannel evaporator, the combined mounting plate is mounted along the length;it is fixed in the height direction for the windproof design. After several rounds of trial installation and production verification, the solution is successfully applied to a new generation of products.
