摘要
国内某插秧机公司设计的一款油封配件,由于在超薄金属壳体上附有一层橡胶内衬,且产品技术要求较高,增加了制造难度。在对产品图样结构及工艺分析的基础上,确定了定位及夹紧方案,设计出一套数控车床夹具。通过计算切削力和夹紧力,对夹具定位误差进行了校核。另外,考虑油封金属壳体与橡胶层在夹紧力和切削力作用下,协调变形后对零件精度的影响,分别建立了橡胶层和金属壳体的三维有限元模型,经有限元计算表明,橡胶层及金属壳体变形的引起的误差符合设计要求。最终生产实际表明,该夹具设计合理,产品质量可靠。
An oil seal fitting designed by a domestic rice transplanting machine company has increased the manufacturing difficulty due to the rubber lining attached to the ultra-thin metal shell and the high technical requirements of the product. On the basis of the product drawing structure and process analysis, the positioning and clamping scheme is determined, and a set of NC lathe fixtures is designed. The fixture positioning error is checked by calculating the cutting force and the clamping force. In addition, considering the influence of the oil seal metal shell and the rubber layer under the action of clamping force and cutting force on the accuracy of the parts after the deformation, the three-dimensional finite element model of the rubber layer and the metal shell is established respectively. The error caused by the deformation of the rubber layer and the metal shell meets the design requirements. The final production shows that the fixture is designed reasonably and the product quality is reliable.
