摘要
针对石油树脂生产水洗沉降系统经常产生大量碱泥,各沉降水洗罐压差增大,导致管线堵塞等的问题,考察了4种破乳剂的破乳效果及对废水的影响。结果表明,A型和D型破乳效果相当,沉降水洗系统的油相中没有W/O乳状液,水相中没有O/W乳状液。未加破乳剂前的废水,COD>5 g/L、油的质量浓度>40 mg/L,碱泥产生量>2 t/d,加入A型或D型破乳剂(加入量0.15~0.550 mg/L)后外排污水COD<1.2 g/L、油的质量浓度<30 mg/L,碱泥产生量<1.5 t/d,大大降低了后期的污水处理成本。该方法指导工业装置生产。
Aiming at the problems that large amount of alkali sludge often produced in the water-washing settling system of petroleum resin production, the pressure difference of each settling water-washing tank increased, which resulted in pipeline blockage, the demulsification effect of four demulsifiers and their influence on wastewater were investigated. The results showed that the demulsification effects of type A and D were similar. There was no W/O emulsion in the oil phase and no O/W emulsion in the water phase of the sedimentation washing system. Wastewater without demulsifier had COD over 5g/L, oil mass concentration over 40 mg/L, alkali sludge production over 2t/d, after adding A or D type demulsifier (0.15~0.55 mg/L) COD less than 1.2 g/L mass concentration of oil less than 30 mg/L and alkali sludge production less than 1.5t/d, which greatly reduced the cost of sewage treatment in the later period. The experimental results showed that this method had guiding significance for industrial plant production.
