快速城市化区域资源环境承载力与建设适宜性分析——以昆明市呈贡区为例 被引量:11

摘要 为弄清快速城市化地区资源环境综合承载能力与城市化建设开发的适宜程度,以昆明市呈贡区为例,从影响城市未来空间拓展的角度,采用特尔菲法选取了社会经济、资源承载、环境承载3方面15个因子,并运用层次分析法确定因子的权重。同时,在GIS的支持下,构建基于状态空间法的资源环境承载力综合评价模型,对研究区资源环境承载状态进行了定量计算、等级划分、空间分配、综合评价和建设适宜性分析。结果表明,研究区目前总体上资源环境综合承载力处于可载状态,但从街道办行政尺度来看,研究区10个街道办资源环境综合承载力又呈现较大的空间差异,其中斗南已属于超载状态,洛龙和大渔承载力实际综合评分值分别为0.72和0.70,已接近理想值0.73,处于满载边缘,其他7个街道办则均处于可载状态。基于目前的承载力状况,从未来城市化空间拓展的适宜性角度,研究区建设适宜性开发空间主要分布于七甸、吴家营和马金铺3个街道办,其余7个街道办建设适宜性则相对较小,发展空间有限。 In order to clarify the suitability of carrying capacity and construction in rapid urbanization region,this paper takes Chenggong District of Kunming City as an example,from the angle of future city space expansion,selecting social economy,resource,environment 3 aspects,15 indexes by using Delphi method and AHP to determine the weight of indexes.Furthermore,this paper constructed a comprehensive evaluation model of resources and environment carrying capacity based on State Space Method and GIS,and carried out quantitative calculation,classification,spatial distribution and comprehensive evaluation of the resources and environment carrying state in the study area.The results showed that the overall bearing capacity of resources and environment in the study area was under a loadable state.However,from the scale of the township,the resources and environmental carrying capacity of 10 towns in the study area showed significant spatial difference.Among them,Dounan was in overload state,and the bearing capacity of the composite score of Luolong and Dayu were 0.72 and 0.70,close to the ideal value of 0.73.The other 7 towns were in loading state.Based on the current situation of carrying capacity,considering the perspective of the suitability of the future urbanization space expansion,the suitable space for development in the study area is mainly distributed in the 3 towns of Qidian,Wujiaying and Majinpu,while the suitability of the other 7 towns are relatively limited in the space for development in the future.
