血清亲环素A与糖尿病合并高血压患者氧化应激及炎性因子的相关性分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨血清亲环素A(cyclophile A,CypA)与糖尿病合并高血压患者氧化应激及炎性因子的相关性。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月期间我院收治的130例T2DM患者进行研究。根据是否合并高血压(HTN)分为单纯T2DM组(n=70)和T2DM+HTN组(n=60)。选取同期进行体检的健康人60例作为对照组。比较各组间基本资料、血清Cyp A水平,并进行Spearman相关分析。结果 T2DM+HTN组BMI、SBP、DBP、TC、TG、LDL-C、Cyp A均显著高于T2DM组(P <0.05),两组间FPG差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);T2DM组FPG、TC、TG、LDL-C、CypA均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组间SBP、DBP差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。T2DM+HTN组血清SOD、GSH水平显著低于T2DM组和对照组,MDA显著高于T2DM组和对照组(P<0.05);T2DM组血清SOD、GSH水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),MDA显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。T2DM+HTN组血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10水平显著高于T2DM组和对照组(P <0.05);T2DM组血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。经过Pearson相关性分析,Cyp A与T2DM+HTN患者SOD、GSH呈负相关(r=-526、-539,P<0.05),与MDA、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10呈正相关(r=0. 564、0. 812、0.805、0.774,P<0.05)。结论血清Cyp A可能通过氧化应激及炎性反应参与糖尿病合并高血压的发病过程。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the serum Cyp A and oxidative stress,inflammatory factors in diabetic patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 130 patients with type 2 DM admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were studied.According with the presence and absence of hypertension(HTN),patients were divided into two groups:T2DM group(n=70)and T2DM+HTN group(n=60).60 healthy person were also selected as the control group.The basic data and the serum Cyp A level were compared among groups and Spearman correlation analysis was also performed.Results Levels of BMI,SBP,DBP,TC,TG,LDL-C,Cyp A of the T2DM+HTN group were significantly higher than that of the T2DM group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in FPG between the two groups(P>0.05).Levels of FPG,TC,TG,LDL-C,Cyp A of the T2DM group were significantly higher than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference in SBP and DBP between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of serum SOD,GSH in the T2DM+HTN group was significantly lower than that in the T2DM group and the control group(P<0.05),and MDA was significantly higher(P<0.05);The levels of serum SOD,GSH in the T2DM group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and MDA was significantly higher(P<0.05).The level of serum TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 in the T2DM+HTN group was significantly higher than that in the T2DM group and control group(P<0.05);The level of serum TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 in the T2DM group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Based on Pearson correlation analysis,Cyp A was negatively correlated with SOD and GSH in patients with T2DM+HTN(r=-526,-539,P<0.05),and was positively correlated with MDA,TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-6(r=0.564,0.812,0.805,0.774,P<0.05).Conclusion The serum Cyp A may be involved in the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus with hypertension through oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction.
