摘要
采用HPLC法测定了博落回中血根碱和白屈菜赤碱在7种溶剂中的溶解性和稳定性,同时考察了水质、光源、氧化剂、温度、pH值对其稳定性的影响。结果表明,血根碱和白屈菜赤碱在甲醇、乙醇中的溶解性和稳定性较好;血根碱和白屈菜赤碱在蒸馏水、雨水中的稳定性不受光影响,很稳定,而在自来水中无论避光与否都不稳定;氧化剂对血根碱和白屈菜赤碱稳定性影响很大;血根碱和白屈菜赤碱在室温~54℃下稳定;血根碱在pH值2.5~7.0范围内稳定,白屈菜赤碱在pH值2.5~8.0范围内稳定。
We determined the solubility and stability of sanguinarine and chelerythrine in seven kinds of solvents by HPLC,and investigated the effects of water quality,light source,oxidant,temperature,and pH value on the stability of sanguinarine and chelerythrine.The results show that sanguinarine and chelerythrine have good solubility and stability in methanol and ethanol,and sanguinarine and chelerythrine remain stable in distilled water and rainwater,which are not influenced by light but are unstable in running water whether under light or not.Moreover,oxidant has a great effect on the stability of sanguinarine and chelerythrine.Sanguinarine and chelerythrine are stable at room temperature to 54 ℃.Furthermore,sanguinarine is stable when the pH value ranges from 2.5 to 7.0,while chelerythrine is stable when the pH value ranges from 2.5 to 8.0.
