摘要
目的探讨规范化护理在原发性闭角型青光眼患者改良半隧道切口小梁切除术围手术期中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月至2018年1月我院收治的220例原发性闭角型青光眼患者作为研究对象,将其随机等分为观察组与对照组。两组接受改良半隧道切口小梁切除术,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予规范化护理。比较两组患者并发症发生率,干预前后焦虑及抑郁程度、生活质量(GOL-15)及日常生活能力(ADL)评分。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05),干预后观察组抑郁、焦虑评分低于对照组(P <0. 05),ADL评分高于对照组,GOL-15评分低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论规范化护理应用于原发性闭角型青光眼患者改良半隧道切口小梁切除术围手术期,有助于减少患者并发症,缓解负性情绪,提高日常生活能力,改善生活质量。
Objective To investigate the application effect of standardized nursing in perioperative period of modified semi-tunnel incision trabeculectomy for patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma. Methods A total of 220 patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group with the same number of patients randomly. Both of the two groups underwent modified semi-tunnel incision trabeculectomy. After this, the control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given standardized nursing on this basis. The incidence of complications, the degree of anxiety and depression before and after intervention, as well as the quality of life(GOL-15) and activities of daily living(ADL) scores were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P <0.05).After the intervention,the anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05).The ADL score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the GOL-15 score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Applying standardized nursing to the perioperative period of modified semi-tunnel incision trabeculectomy for patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma can help reduce complications of these patients. Meanwhile, it can relieve negative emotions, and improve daily living ability and quality of life.
