摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环管理在血标本采集质量改进中的应用效果。方法首先对我院血标本不合格率进行统计,利用PDCA循环管理结合临床实际查找血标本不合格的原因,对其采集、送检质量进行调查分析,并制定改进对策,比较PDCA循环管理实施前后血标本的合格率。结果实施PDCA循环管理后住院患儿血标本合格率由92. 73%上升到98. 11%,血标本合格率有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论应用PDCA循环管理能有效提高血标本采集合格率,保证检验质量,为临床诊断提供了准确的病原学依据。
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management in quality improvement of blood specimen collection. Methods To count the blood sample failure rate of our hospital firstly, and by combining the PDCA cycle management with the clinical practices, the reasons for the unqualified blood samples were found out. The qualities of the collection and delivery were investigated and analyzed, and the improvement countermeasures were formulated. Besides, the pass rate of the blood specimen before and after the implementation of PDCA cycle management were compared. Results After the implementation of PDCA cycle management, the qualified rate of blood samples in hospitalized children increased from 92.73% to 98.11%, and the blood sample pass rate was significantly improved.The differences were statistically significant( P <0.05﹚. Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management can improve the blood collection rate effectively and ensure the quality of the test. Therefore, it can provide an accurate pathogen basis for clinical diagnosis.
