摘要
目的观察比较不同发育天数冻融囊胚移植的临床结局。方法回顾性分析该院2014年1月—2017年12月438例行冻融复苏胚移植患者临床诊疗资料,所有患者在征得个体同意的情况下,按照囊胚不同发育天数将所有患者均分为A组与B组,A组219例患者待个体患者子宫内膜厚度在8 mm以上,胚胎发育5 d,复苏5 h后移植,B组219例患者待个体患者子宫内膜厚度在8 mm以上,胚胎发育6 d,复苏5 h后移植,比较两组患者冻融复苏胚移植结果。结果 A组患者胚胎复张率、妊娠率分别为97.7%、66.2%,均明显高于B组(χ~2=6.576、6.587,P<0.05)。A组患者流产率、异位妊娠率分别为6.4%、1.4%,均明显低于B组(χ~2=5.987、5.891,P<0.O5)。结论胚胎发育天数可影响冻融胚胎移植成功率,胚胎发育5 d更有利于胚胎着床,从而提高个体妊娠率,降低流产以及异位妊娠发生率。
Objective To observe the clinical outcomes of freeze-thaw blastocyst transfer with different development days.Methods A retrospective analysis of 438 cases of frozen-thawed resuscitation embryo transfer in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2017.All patients were enrolled in accordance with the different development days of blastocysts and were divided into group A and group B,group A of 219 patients with individual patients with endometrial thickness of 8mm or more,embryo development for 5 days,resuscitation after 5 hours of transplantation,group B of 219 patients to individual patients with endometrial thickness of 8 mm or more,the embryos were developed for 6 days and transplanted 5 hours after resuscitation.The results of freeze-thaw resuscitation embryo transfer in the two groups were compared.Results The embryo recruitment rate and pregnancy rate in group A were 97.7%and 66.2%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in group B(χ^2=6.576,6.587,P<0.05).The abortion rate and ectopic pregnancy rate of group A were 6.4%and 1.4%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of group B(χ^2=5.987,5.891,P<0.05).Conclusion The number of embryo development days can affect the success rate of frozen-thawed embryo transfer.Embryo development for 5 days is more conducive to embryo implantation,thus improving individual pregnancy rate and reducing the incidence of abortion and ectopic pregnancy.
