翻转课堂与TBL结合物理诊断学见习中的探索 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨翻转课堂与TBL模式在物理诊断学见习教学运用中的应用,以期望提高物理诊断学的教学效果。方法选择某院2015级中医五年制学生共38人作为研究对象。按照随机原则分为两组。对照组(19人)采用传统教学方法 ;实验组(19人)选用翻转课堂与TBL混合式教学法,通过成绩分析和问卷调查进行教学效果评价。结果实验组考试成绩为(81.64±5.94)分,高于对照组的(74.23±7.66)分,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。调查问卷表明,实验组的16名学生(84.2%)认为翻转课堂与TBL相结合的课堂教学更有趣味性,13名学生(68.4%)认为这种混合式教学方法能够激发他们的学习兴趣,15名学生(78.9%)认为有助于提高自主学习能力,12名学生(63.2%)认为有助于提高临床思维能力,16名(84.2%)学生认为可以提高团队合作能力。结论翻转课堂结合TBL教学法教学效果较理想。 Objective To explore the influence of the flipped classroom combined with TBL in teaching physical diagnosis. Methods 38 students of five-year 2015 grade in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups: control group ( n=19) with traditional teaching method and experimental group (n=19) with flipped classroom integrated with TBL teaching methodology. Effects of teaching were evaluated by score evaluation and questionnaire survey. Results The test scores of the experimental group were (81.64±5.94) points, higher than those of the control group (74.23±7.66) points, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The questionnaire showed that 16 students (84.2%) in the experimental group thought that the classroom teaching combined with TBL was more interesting. 13 students (68.4%) thought that this mixed teaching method could stimulate their interest in learning. 15 students (78.9%) thought it helpful to improve their autonomous learning ability. 12 students (63.2%) thought it helpful to improve clinical thinking ability. 16 students (84.2%) believed that they could improve their teamwork ability. Conclusion Flipped classroom mode, which combines with the TBL is better in the teaching physical diagnosis.
