摘要
目的探讨改良式体温探头联合心电监护仪在人工气道温度管理中的应用价值。方法选取2017年2~5月我院收治的80例建立人工气道并使用机械通气患者,按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组各40例,实验组在"Y"管吸入气体端应用改良式体温探头将吸入气体温度导入心电监护仪后行气道温度监控,对照组在"Y"管吸入气体端采用水银式水温计进行气道温度监控,比较护士对气道温度监控的依从性及气道加温湿化不足的情况。结果实验组护士监控吸入气体温度的依从率高于对照组(χ~2=562.65,P<0.001)。两组气道加温湿化情况比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=24.91,P<0.001)。结论采用改良式体温探头联合心电监护仪监控气道温度后,护士对气道温度监控依从性明显提高。实现实时监控,并可动态调节报警界限及报警音量,同时通过对气道温度的实时监控及时预测吸入气体存在加温加湿不足的可能性,有利于人工气道的管理。
Objective To discuss the application value of modified temperature probe pombined combined with electrocardiograph monitoring in artificial airway temperature management.Methods For airway temperature by means of an improved temperature probe combined with an ECG monitor,and detect its application effect.From February 2017 to May 2017,80 patients in Intensive Care Unit with artificial airway and mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The experimental group inhaled gas temperature to the ECG monitor in the “Y” tube gas inhalation end application of modified temperature probe to monitor airway temperature,the control group in the“Y”tube gas inhalation end uses mercury thermometer to monitor the temperature of the airway.To evaluate the compliance of nurses in airway temperature monitoring and the insufficiency of airway heating and humidification.Results Nurse compliance of airway temperature monitoring in experimental group was higher than that of control group (χ^2 =562.65, P <0.001).There was significant difference between the situation of airway humidification of two groups (χ^2 =24.91, P <0.001).Conclusion A modified temperature probe combined with an ECG monitor is used to monitor the airway temperature.The active monitoring is converted to forced monitoring,and the compliance of the nurses in the airway temperature monitoring is 100%.Realize real-time monitoring,and dynamically adjust the alarm limit and alarm volume,predict the possibility of insufficient humidification of airway,which is conductive to the management of artificial airway.
