摘要
目的比对Sysmex XN-10、XN-20及迈瑞BC-6900全自动血细胞分析仪在异常情况下血小板检测的准确性。方法随机筛选XN-20全自动血细胞分析仪上提示报警信息的174例样本,在XN-10及BC-6900血细胞分析仪上平行检测,以血涂片染色镜检及手工镜检法计数血小板为准,与仪器法进行比对。结果 70fL≤MCV<90fL时,除XN-20的PLT-O法以外其余四种方法的检测结果均与人工镜检结果无差异,而当MCV <70fL和MCV≥90fL时,只有XN-20的PLT-F法和BC-6900的检测结果与人工镜检结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论红细胞的MCV对血小板计数中的PLT-I法具有一定的影响; PLT-O法与镜检结果差异较大,结果不可信; PLT-F法准确性和特异性都明显优于PLT-I、PLT-O两种方法;当血小板计数均为PLT-I法时,BC-6900与人工镜检的相关性优于XN-10、XN-20。
Objective To compare the accuracy of platelet detection of Sysmex XN-10,XN-20and mindray BC-6900automatic blood cell analyzer under abnormal conditions.Methods 174samples with alarming information on the XN-20automatic blood cell analyzer were randomly selected for parallel detection on the XN-10and BC-6900blood cell analyzer,and platelet counts by blood smear staining and manual microscopy were compared with the instrumental method.Results When MCV is between 70fL to 90fL,the detection results of the other four methods except the plt-o method of xn-20showed no difference with the results of manual microscopy,while when the MCV is lower than 70fL or higher than 90fL,only the PLT-F method of XN-20and BC-6900showed no significant difference with the results of manual microscopy.Conclusion The MCV of erythrocyte had a certain effect on the plt-i method of platelet count.The results of PLT-O method were different from those of microscopy,and the results were not credible.The accuracy and specificity of PLT-F method were significantly better than PLT-I and PLT-O methods.When the platelet count was all PLT-I method,the correlation between BC-6900and manual microscopy was better than XN-10and XN-20.
