摘要
设计了一套基于S7-200 smart PLC的直流电机风扇调速系统实训平台,由红外对管采集电机转速,经过控制器判断比较,调节PWM占空比实现对电机转速的调控,并采用Smart 700 IE V3设计人机交互界面,形成一套完整的自动化控制系统。该平台利于学生对PLC控制技术的掌握,对开拓学生思路、增强学生自学能力、培养学生创新实践能力具有显著作用。
A training platform for DC motor fan speed control system based on S7-200 smart PLC (programmable logic controller) is designed. The speed of the motor is collected by the infrared pair tube,and through the judgement and comparison of the controllers,the speed of the motor is controlled by adjusting the duty cycle of the PWM. The Smart 700 IE V3 is used to design the human-computer interaction interface to form a complete automation control system. This platform is helpful for students to master the PLC control technology,and plays a significant role in developing students’ thinking,enhancing their self-study ability and cultivating their innovative and practical ability.
