摘要
本文采用放电等离子烧结技术烧结Fe-2Cu-1.5Ni-0.5Mo-0.8C混合粉末,并通过建立致密化模型,详细讨论粉末的快速致密化过程.结果表明,当升温速率为100℃/min,在1 000℃保温5 min,混合粉末可获得近乎全致密烧结体.由传统压制方程建立的致密化模型,其拟合结果与实验烧结位移曲线基本一致,压坯的快速致密化主要通过颗粒重排、局部塑性变形、整体塑性变形三个阶段实现.
In this paper,the mixed powder of Fe-2Cu-1.5Ni-0.5Mo-0.8C was sintered by spark plasma sintering technology,and the rapid densification process of the powder was discussed in detail by establishing a densification model.The results showed that when the heating rate was 100℃/min and the temperature was kept at 1 000℃for 5 min,the sintered body was almost completely dense by mixing the powder.According to the densification model established by the traditional pressing equation,the fitting results are basically consistent with the experimental sintering displacement curve.The rapid densification of the compacted billet is mainly realized in three stages:particle rearrangement,localized deformation and bulk deformation.
