复合式土压平衡盾构施工渣土改良试验

摘要 以新疆乌鲁木齐地铁1号线盾构隧道在穿越砂卵石地层中施工为例,在某试验段进行添加泡沫、膨润土的渣土改良试验研究。通过研究不同比例的泡沫对坍落度的影响、泥浆黏度以及各类膨润土的最优配比试验对比,以优化添加剂配比方案。以此降低对刀具的磨损以及减小刀盘扭矩、保持舱内压力平衡,稳定开挖面,控制地表沉降、防止喷涌、预防结泥饼。 Taking the shield tunnel of Urumqi Metro Line1 in Xinjiang as an example in the construction of crossing the sandycobble stratum,the experimental study on the improvement of the soil containing foam and bentonite was carried out in a test section.The additive ratio scheme was optimized by studying the effects of different proportions of foam on slump,mud viscosity and optimal ratio test of various bentonites.In this way,the wear of the cutter is reduced,the cutter torque is reduced,the pressure balance in the cabin is maintained,the excavation surface is stabilized,the surface settlement is controlled,the spout is prevented,and the mud cake is prevented.
