摘要
目的探讨胺碘酮治疗急性心律失常的临床效果。方法选取2016年12月～2018年5月我院收治的62例急性心律失常患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为两组,每组各31例。对照组给予基础治疗,观察组给予基础治疗+胺碘酮治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、心功能指标以及治疗安全性。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的左心室射血分数高于对照组,心率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应总发生率(9.68%)低于对照组(35.48%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医疗人员合理选择胺碘酮药物对急性心律失常患者展开治疗,于疗效、心功能指标以及安全指数方面均可以确保获得明显改善,从而为急性心律失常患者的早期康复奠定基础,进一步说明对急性心律失常患者选择胺碘酮药物进行治疗的可行性。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Amiodarone in the treatment of acute arrhythmia. Methods A total of 62 patients with acute arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the subjects, and divided into two groups by lottery, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with basic treatment, and the observation group was treated with basic treatment and amiodarone treatment. The therapeutic effect, cardiac function index and therapeutic safety of two groups were compared. Results The total treatment effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the heart rate was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (9.68%) was lower than that in the control group (35.48%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Medical personnel and reasonable choice amiodarone drug treatment for patients with acute cardiac arrhythmias, curative effect and heart function index and safety index can ensure improved significantly, thus lay a foundation for the early rehabilitation of patients with acute arrhythmia, further illustrate choose amiodarone in patients with acute cardiac arrhythmias feasibility of drug treatment.
