摘要
目的探讨医用三氧大自血疗法治疗痛风及高尿酸血症的临床疗效。方法将2017年4月—2018年4月就诊的痛风患者80例纳入研究,并依据随机数表法分组,对照组40例予以常规抗痛风药物、降尿酸药物秋水仙碱片、缓解疼痛药物塞来昔布片治疗,观察组40例予以医用三氧大自血疗法进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血清尿酸含量的总体水平、关节疼痛肿胀消失时间和关节活动恢复正常时间、治疗痛风过程中不良现象发生率、痛风治疗总有效率。结果两组治疗后的血尿酸指标与治疗前相比均有显著下降,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组治疗痛风过程中不良现象发生率较对照组低,关节肿痛消失时间快,关节活动恢复时间快(P <0. 05);观察组的总有效率为92. 5%,比对照组的70. 0%要高(P <0. 05)。结论医用三氧大自血疗法治疗痛风的临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者关节疼痛肿胀的症状,降低血尿酸值,有利于恢复关节的正常活动,提高患者的生活质量,适合一定的临床推广和应用。
Ojbective To investigate the clinical effect of medical treatment of gout and hyperuricemia.Methods 80 patients with gout in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were included in the study and divided into two groups according to random digit table method.40 patients in the control group were treated with routine anti-gout drugs,colchicine tablets and the pain relief drug,Selexib.Another 40 cases in the observation group were treated with medical trioxide self-blood therapy.The total level of serum uric acid before and after treatment,the time of joint pain swelling disappearance and joint activity returning to normal,the incidence of adverse phenomena in the treatment of gout,and the total effective rate of gout treatment were respectively compared between two groups.Results Compared with pre-treatment,the serum uric acid index of two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05).The observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse phenomena in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The total effective rate of observation group was 92.5%,which was higher than that of control group(70.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of gout with medical trioxide self-blood therapy is effective in treating gout.It can effectively improve the symptoms of joint pain swelling,reduce the blood uric acid value,restore the normal activities of joints and improve the quality of patients'lives.It's suitable for clinical popularization and application.
