摘要
为僵蚕人工饲养提供优良菌株,并提高僵蚕的产量和质量,采用形态学观察与分子生物学相结合的方法对从自然感病僵蚕上分离的致病菌株进行鉴定,并研究其人工饲养僵蚕的最适使用浓度。结果表明:该菌株为球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana NB),其最适应用浓度为(1~5)×10~7个/mL,该浓度家蚕僵化死亡率及僵蚕平均单条重量最高,分别为98%和0.9g,僵蚕收益率最大化。
The pathogenesis strain isolated from stiff silkworm naturally infected Beauveria bassiana was identified by using morphological observation and molecular biology and the optimum concentration for artificial feeding of Bombyx batryticatus was studied to provide good strains for artificial feeding of B.batryticatus and improve yield and quality of B.batryticatus. Result: The isolated strain is identified as B.bassiana NB and the optimum application concentration for artificial feeding of B.batryticatus is (1~5)×10^7.The inactivation mortality rate and average weight/stiff silkworm of B.mori larvae inoculated with B.bassiana NB with the optimum application concentration are 98% and 0.9 g (the highest) respectively and the yield rate of B.batryticatus can reach the maximum.
