摘要
中央苏区各级军队和地方党组织提倡"三大纪律六项注意",是毛泽东等马克思主义者和革命家创造的第一部党内纪律法规,它强化了党早期革命活动的政治方向、钢铁纪律和组织保障,传承了红军官兵的政治纪律、军队纪律和群众纪律。古田会议最早提出政治建党原则和政治纪律规矩,毛泽东在会议上明确强调党的政治纪律和政治规矩,批评当时党和红军没有政治的纯粹军事观点、削弱党领导军队战斗力的极端民主化趋势,批判党政军内小团体主义等错误倾向和非组织观点。针对中央苏区时期党的政治纪律建设方面的不足,认真总结中央苏区党的政治纪律建设的经验教训,对于新时期党的建设工作具有重要理论和实践意义。
The army and local Party organizations at all levels in the Central Soviet Area advocate the "Three Major Disciplines and Six Points for Attention",which is the first inner-party discipline laws and regulations created by Mao Zedong and other Marxists and revolutionists. It strengthens the political orientation,steel discipline and organizational guarantee of the early revolutionary activities of the Party,and inherits the political discipline,military discipline and mass discipline of the officers and soldiers of the Red Army. Gutian Conference first put forward the principles and rules of political party building. Mao Zedong clearly emphasized the party's political discipline and rules,criticized the pure military viewpoint that the Party and the Red Army did not have politics at that time,weakened the extreme democratization trend of the Party's leadership of the army,and criticized the erroneous tendency and non-organizational viewpoints such as small group doctrine within the Party,government and army. In view of the insufficiency of the Party's political discipline construction in the Central Soviet Area,the experience and lessons of the Party's political discipline construction in the Central Soviet Area are carefully summarized. The practice of the Party's political discipline construction at all levels in the Central Soviet Area has achieved remarkable results.
