摘要
针对井下煤矿作业环境中的高温、高湿等自然灾害,以王楼煤矿具体地质条件为工程背景,阐述WAT集中制冷降温系统工作原理,并分析了WAT集中制冷降温系统井上、井下不同机组工作原理。该系统在王楼煤矿七采区27302工作面进行现场试验,试验结果表明,工作面整体温度小于27℃,掘进工作面温度小于25℃,制冷效果明显。
Aiming at the natural disasters such as high temperature and high humidity in the working environment of underground coal mine, this paper expounds the working principle of WAT centralized refrigeration cooling system based on the specific geological conditions of Wanglou Coal Mine, and analyses the working principle of different units of WAT centralized refrigeration cooling system in well and underground. The system has been tested on 27302 working face in No. 7 mining area of Wanglou Coal Mine. The test results show that the overall temperature of working face is less than 27℃, and the temperature of driving face is less than 25℃. The refrigeration effect is obvious.
