器外预硫化Claus尾气加氢催化剂LSH-01S及其工业应用

摘要 介绍Claus尾气加氢催化剂器外预硫化方法和优势,硫化态催化剂经过钝化后,催化剂外表面存在钝化膜,低温热稳定性高,储运和装填安全环保。工业应用结果表明:使用器外预硫化Claus尾气加氢催化剂有助于简化开工过程,实现装置"开工和运行过程"全部达标排放。 Advantages of the ex-situ presulfurization method of Claus off-gas hydrogenation catalyst was introduced. Passive film existed in outside surface of the catalyst after passive treatment on the sulfurized stat catalyst;low temperature stability of the catalyst was raised;storage & transportation and feeding of the catalyst were safe and environment friendly. The industrial application results showed that start up course of the unit was simplified by usage of ex-situ presulfurization Claus off-gas hydrogenation catalyst, discharge of the unit in start up and running course was up to the standard.
