摘要
本文对大吨位瓷瓶卡具电动液压同步收紧装置的的使用方法进行分析,依据电动液压系统的运行状况进行设计方案、液压缸选择以及同步收缩卡具的设计,制作一种电动化的液压丝杠收紧工具。可以解决更换750kV绝缘子的卡具在收、放过程中存在行程不同步、液压丝杠失效的问题。通过应用新工具,增加输电线路检修科技含量,降低人工劳动强度,提高检修效率。能够满足大吨位瓷瓶更换的工作要求,提高输电线路运行的可靠性。
The application method of electro-hydraulic synchronous tightening device for large-tonnage porcelain bottle clamp is analyzed. According to the operation status of electro-hydraulic system, the design scheme, the selection of hydraulic cylinder and the design of synchronous contraction clamp are carried out. An electro-hydraulic screw tightening tool is made, which can solve the problem of asynchronous travel in the process of receiving and releasing the clamp replacing 750 kV insulator. The failure of hydraulic lead screw can meet the requirement of replacing large tonnage porcelain bottle and improve the reliability of transmission line operation by applying new tools, increasing the technological content of transmission line maintenance, reducing labor intensity and improving maintenance efficiency.
