摘要
针对同忻矿8106工作面开采过程中坚硬顶板来压剧烈问题,提出了通过水压致裂对顶板强度进行弱化的方案。本文对水压致裂施工工艺流程进行了介绍,确定了水压致裂弱化顶板关键参数,在5106巷内进行了工业性试验,施工后顶板周期来压步距和强度都得到减小,巷道超前支护段内顶板基本无下沉,巷道变形量较小,支护效果良好,实现了工作面安全生产,该项研究对同等地质情况下坚硬顶板矿压控制有一定的参考借鉴意义。
Aiming at the severe problem of hard roof during mining in 8106 working face of Tongxin mine,this paper puts forward a scheme of weakening roof strength by hydraulic fracturing.This paper introduces the construction process of hydraulic fracturing,the key parameters of hydraulic fracturing weakening roof are determined,the industrial test is carried out in 5106 Lane,and the step spacing and strength are reduced after construction,the roof of the roadway is not sunk in the leading Support section,the roadway deformation is small,the supporting effect is good,The study can be used for reference to the rock pressure control of hard roof under the same geological conditions.
