摘要
切顶卸压护巷技术在屯兰矿进行应用是极为关键的,为了改善巷道所处的应力环境,使巷道处于卸载区。根据12505工作面实际条件,需要在12505工作面停采线附近进行深孔爆破切顶卸压,本文通过对于屯兰矿煤层、地质、水文、防治水措施、钻探概况进行分析,从断顶孔位置的确定、爆破参数、工期安排、爆破材料确定等方面进行现场方案的制定,使其能够符合于施工的实际情况,为其进一步发展与更新打下坚实的基础。
The application of roof cutting and pressure relief technology in tun Lan mine is very critical.In order to improve the stress environment of the roadway,the roadway is in the unloading area.According to the actual conditions of the 12505 working face,it is necessary to carry out the deep hole blasting cutting and pressure unloading near the 12505 working face stopping line.Through the analysis of the coal seam,geology,hydrology,water prevention and control measures and the general situation of the drilling,this paper carries out the determination of the position of the broken roof,the blasting parameters,the arrangement of the working period,the determination of the blasting materials and so on.The formulation of the site plan enables it to conform to the actual situation of construction and lay a solid foundation for its further development and renewal.
