摘要
以4个无性系的樟树组培苗作为试验对象,进行樟树实生苗和无性系组培苗比较试验,研究各樟树无性系的造林效果,探讨施肥的数量与质量对于樟树林生物量、生长量的影响。结果表明:樟树的组培无性系苗的生长量和生物量与樟树实生苗之间均存在明显的差异,组培苗大于实生苗。施肥水平的不同使得樟树苗的表现不同,以每株0.35 kg的施肥水平最为合适,可使樟树的幼林经济效益达到最大。
Four clonal Cinnamomum camphora tissue culture seedlings were used as experimental subjects to conduct comparative experiments on Cinnamomum camphora seedlings and clonal tissue culture seedlings.The afforestation effects of Cinnamomum camphora clones were studied;the quantity & quality of fertilization on the biomass & the growth of Cinnamomum camphora were studied. Result shows that there are significant differences between the growth and biomass of the tissue culture clones of Cinnamomum camphora and the seedlings of Cinnamomum camphora . The tissue culture seedlings are larger than the seedlings.The different fertilization levels make the performance of Cinnamomum camphora seedlings different.The optimum level of fertilization of 0.35 kg per plant is the most suitable,which can maximize the economic benefits of Cinnamomum camphora young forests.
