摘要
目前,发动机正朝着高转速方向发展。随着转速的逐渐升高,曲轴所受外界激励频率也越来越大。为了验证所设计发动机曲轴的合理性,利用三维建模软件CATIA和有限元分析软件Abaqus对曲轴进行了约束模态分析。通过分析各阶固有频率和振型可知所设计曲轴避免了共振发生的可能。同时,各阶的振型图为后续的动态优化设计提供了理论基础。
Currently, the engine is developing toward the direction of high-speed. As the speed gradually increased, the stimulus frequency of the crankshaft suffered from external is increasing. To validate the rationality of the engine crankshaft design, constrained mode analysis is carried out by using three-dimensional modeling software CATIA and finite element analysis software Abaqus. The result by analyzing the natural frequencies and mode shapes shows that the crankshaft can avoid the resonance frequency area. Meanwhile, the model of crankshaft model deformation provide a theoretical basis of the subsequent dynamic optimization design for crankshaft.
