摘要
在新媒体迅猛发展的当下,医学期刊传统的经营和发展模式发生了转变,医学期刊编辑也需要认识到市场的融合发展趋势,提升自身的创新意识。本文论述了医学期刊编辑要提升学术素养及信息素养,培养营销意识,创新编辑工作流程,抓住创新融合视域下的发展机遇,实现医学期刊的可持续发展。
With the rapid development of new media, the traditional management and development model of medical journals have changed. Therefore, medical journal editors also need to recognize convergence and development trends of the market and enhance their sense of innovation. This article discussed that medical journal editors should improve academic literacy and information literacy, cultivate marketing awareness, innovate editorial workflow, and seize the development opportunities under the perspective of innovation and integration to achieve sustainable development of medical journals.
