基于实际运行数据的配电变压器故障原因多维度分析 被引量:40

摘要 基于近4年来湖北配电网的200台故障配电变压器样本数据,对配电变压器运行故障原因进行了多维度分析。首先对200台故障配电变压器的故障原因进行了统计分析,进而分析了故障配电变压器与投运年限、天气、气温等非电气因素的关系,并同时分析了重过载、三相负荷不平衡、以及两者综合作用等电气因素对配电变压器故障率的影响。分析结果对配电变压器相关运维经验进行了具体验证,即投运年限并非造成变压器故障的主要原因,恶劣天气和异常气温容易诱发配电变压器发生故障;长期处于重过载或严重三相负荷不平衡工作状态下的配电变压器更易发生故障,特别是在两者综合作用下的配电变压器发生故障的概率更大。该分析结论可为配电变压器故障预测方面的研究提供理论依据。 Based on 200 samples of faulty distribution transformers in Hubei distribution network in the past 4 years,the paper makes a multidimensional analysis on the causes of distribution transformer fault.Firstly,the statistical analysis is performed on the causes of failure of 200 faulty distribution transformers.Then the relationship between faulty distribution transformers and the non-electrical factors such as operating time,weather and temperature is analyzed.The influence of electrical factors such as heavy overload,threephase load unbalance,and the combined effects of both on the failure rate of the distribution transformers are analyzed.The results of the analysis verify the specific operation and maintenance experience of distribution transformers:the operation period is not the main cause of transformer faults.Both bad weather and abnormal temperature tends to induce the distribution transformer faults.The distribution transformers with long-term heavy overload or three-phase unbalanced load have an increased probability of the failure.The failure probability is greater in the combined effect of the heavy overload with three-phase unbalanced load.The analysis conclusions can provide a theoretical basis for the research on the fault prediction of the distribution transformers.
