摘要
目的观察小续命汤对急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能及中医证候的影响。方法选取2017年11月～2018年8月在我院住院的自愿参加试验的急性缺血性脑卒中患者共62例纳入本研究,随机抽取31例患者为对照组,给予常规治疗;另31例为治疗组,给予对照组常规治疗基础上加用小续命汤。两组疗程均为4周,4周后比较两组治疗前后NIHSS评分、中医证候积分等指标变化,评价两组临床疗效。结果治疗后NIHSS评分:治疗组(10.16±2.33)分,对照组(14.98±2.87)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后中医证候积分:治疗组(12.29±3.31)分,对照组(16.50±3.49)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组临床疗效比较:治疗组总有效率93.55%,对照组总有效率80.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小续命汤能明显促进急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能的恢复,有效改善中医证候和临床症状,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of Xiaoxuming decoction on neurological function and TCM syndromes in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 62 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled. 31 patients were randomly assigned to the control group for routine treatment. The other 31 patients as the treatment group were treated with additional Xiaoxuming decoction. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, the changes of NIHSS score and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were compared and the clinical efficacy was evaluated in the two groups. Results The NIHSS scores after treatment in the treatment group(10.16±2.33) was lower than that in the control group (14.98±2.87), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the TCM syndrome score after treatment in the treatment group (12.29±3.31) was lower than that in the control group (16.50±3.49), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.65%, and the difference of the clinical efficacy was significant between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaoxuming decoction can significantly promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with acute ischemic stroke, and effectively improve TCM syndromes and clinical symptoms, which is worth promoting.
