摘要
目的探讨图文式临床护理路径在慢性化脓性中耳炎患者围手术期的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月～2018年6月期间收治的50例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者,随机分为对照组(n=25)与观察组(n=25),对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上添加图文式临床护理路径。对两组患者的临床效果进行比较。结果观察组住院时间(14.26±2.05)d短于对照组(17.84±2.17)d,费用为(1.12±0.24)万元,少于对照组的(1.35±0.17)万元,观察组并发症发生率为8.0%,低于对照组的32.0%,知识掌握率为88.0%,高于对照组的60.0%,观察组护理满意度评分为(92.78±3.28)分,高于对照组的(78.64±3.16)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性化脓性中耳炎患者围手术期应用图文式临床护理路径具有显著效果,改善患者预后,提高患者知识掌握程度、满意度,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of graphic clinical nursing pathway in perioperative period of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media. Methods 50 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media were enrolled from June 2017 to June 2018. They were randomly divided into control group(n=25) and observation group(n=25). The control group was treated with routine nursing. The observation group was added with graphic clinical nursing pathway based on routine nursing. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The hospitalization time(14.26± 2.05)d in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (17.84±2.17)d, and the cost (1.12±0.24) ten thousand yuan in the observation group was less than that of the control group(1.35±0.17) ten thousand yuan. The complication rate of the observation group was 8.0%, lower than that of the control group(32.0%). The knowledge master rate of the observation group was 88.0%, which was higher than that of the control group (60.0%). And nursing satisfaction score (92.78±3.28) scores in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (78.64±3.16) scores, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the perioperative period of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media, the application of graphic clinical nursing pathway has significant effect, which improves patient prognosis, patient knowledge and satisfaction, and is worth promoting.
